Hank is the "class clown" of the tugboat teams. A little bit goofy, a little bit loud, and a little bit silly! An absurd optimist and a rapid-churning daydreamer, he's ready to do anything, anytime. He's so caught up in dreams and ideas that he can sometimes forget he thought of them in the first place...and often forgets to tuck in his anchor.
He's a tad more sensitive compared to the other tugs, and feels very hurt when he does something wrong. But whenever he's down in the dumps, he's ready to rebound if he's ever included in a plan, and does prove to be a very helpful tug.

Hank once thought he saw a mermaid back at his old harbour, but it turned out to be a figurehead Bonavista was looking for...imagine how he felt when he first met Ariel!
