Halloween is bringing all sorts of mystery to the railway. Mrs. Martin the schoolmaster needs a place to hold a haunted house fundraiser to help the school, and Otis is spinning tall tales of The Haunted Line, where engines are claimed and no one can ever find them! When Sir Topham Hatt needs a late night job done, Thomas tries to prove to his frightened friends he's not a "scaredy engine". But soon, he's in for a fright of a night as he finds himself face to face with smelters, scrap, and switches! What is The Haunted Line? Will Thomas make it home safe?


SHOPPED FOR THE HOLIDAYS

The Island of Sodor is buzzing as the holiday season rounds the corner. But poor Henry is laid up at The Works after a frozen cylinder cracks...and following a particularily bad winter. Kevin the Crane wants to help, but Victor is quick to remind him there's only so much they can do. But an unintentional comment sparks an idea in Kevin...and now the litle crane is hitting the town! As Victor worries for his little friend, Kevin hits the road to bring some holiday cheer to his stuck and sickly friend...meeting quite a few engines along the way and sparking their own ideas. It's a railroadin' Christmas tale you won't want to miss!

A special tourist train is coming to the train yard to pick an engine, flaring up rivalries between Otis the Excursion Engine and Devon the Freight Diesel! While Thomas tries to finish his work shunting in the station yard, the two get themselves into a real mess trying to outdo one another!


HENRY AND PENNY

Henry’s gotten all puffed up about his importance as a heavy hauler. But soon, he’s put out of action when he blows some of his boiler tubes, leaving scruffy new engine Penny to finish the job. Henry learns to appreciate smaller jobs when he takes the local while he recovers, and even comes to Penny’s rescue!
