The youngest of the tugboats, Theodore is the friendliest you’ll ever meet!
Polite and optimistic, Theodore chugs through life trying to look on the bright side of things while being eager to please and show what he’s worth. However, this can lead him into some dangerous situations he may not be prepared for, as well as make him a little bit stubborn.
Theodore is always eager to please and often tends to put high expectations of himself onto the water, wanting to travel out to the ocean more often and explore the world. His work tends to consist of barge pulling, bringing in ships, or helping the Salvage Team (lead by Ariel) to bring in exciting treasures!
Fun Fact!
Theodore once got lifted out of the water by his friend Northumberland when he mistook the top of his head for an oil drum!
